Customer wants to return his/her purchased due to dissatisfaction, can be returned within 30 days of initial shipment and must be notified to Shopping Idea USA in writing via email within 10 days of product delivery. All returns must be unused and re-saleable condition including the product packaging. If the item is not defected and return within 30 days of initial shipment, the customer will pay the cost of return shipping and may apply 15% to 25% restocking fee product like Rugs, Curtains. Custom made products specially ordered by customers are not returnable.
Any item that is defective, damaged or shipped erroneously by Shopping Idea USA can be returned within 30 days of initial shipment. Return Label will be provided via Email for the damaged and incorrect Items. For confirmation, all products need proof in the form of picture in case of damaged, incorrect or defective. Shopping Idea USA must be notified via email within 10 days of product delivery.
Obtaining RMA before returning a product is required. Any products returned without RMA will not be accepted. Steps to follow; 1. Request RMA number from Shopping Idea USA by submitting a request through Email. In your request, please provide: • Your order number • The item number of the product you wish to return • Reason for returning the product 2. Approximately 3 to 4 business days after receiving your RMA request, we will provide you by email RMA number and shipping instructions of where to send your items for a refund. 3.The Refund of your order amount will be issued within 3 business days after receiving the item in our warehouse. 4. If the returned item(s) are found damaged, soiled or non-new condition upon return in our warehouse, may apply an additional repair/replacement surcharge on your refund.In the event the repair/replacement cost is determined to be higher than the product price you paid, no refund will be made. 5. The refund will be processed within three business days after the package(s) are received. Shopping Idea USA l is not responsible for any damage during the package transit between your location and the warehouse in either direction. In case of loss or damage, you are responsible for filing claims with the Shipping Carrier
a) Returns that are received without RA # or are shipped to the wrong address will incur additional freight costs and a 25% service fee. b) No returns will be accepted after the 30-day period has expired from the date the package was shipped to you
